Our democratic dialogue takes place in many areasonline, in person and at the voting booth. This shared conversation between citizens is also happening in the editorial section of your neighbourhood newspaperand that's where we need your help.

Please consider writing an editorial letter to the below newspapers. A "letter to the editor" is a short, often 150- to 200-word letter that highlights a concrete point that advocates for a certain opinion. They often bust myths, provide a call to action and address local issueslike the upcoming plebiscite on fluoridation in Calgary.

Word length and submission requirements from the various editorial pages are included below. Please only submit a unique letter to one periodical, include your full name and city, and indicate that the letter is for publication.
